Our target group is more towards residential sector. We do all types of planning applications such as new builds, Single house to Flats conversion, Loft Conversions, all types of extensions, single and double storey, and all type of applications for change of use. we can proudly say that our success rate is above 97% for all planning applications. We have a large experience to deal with local Councils, to name a few; Merton Council, Wandsworth Council. Lambeth Council, Kingston Council, Croydon Council, Hillingdon Council, Watford Council, Hounslow Council, Epsom and Ewell and Lewisham Council.
We also Provide Party Wall advice, as well as prepare all Notices, Award and deal with All Correspondences on your behalf.
