Axis Vector in Mitchem are Architect in Mitcham. I had a very complex planning permission case which they successfully completed. They also helped me in loft conversion and rear extension, building regulations, structural engineering calculations, now we are working on HMO PLANING application. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any person.

Axis Vector Architects, Mr. Khan undertook the Planning Application and Structural Engineer Calculations for our home in Merton. He is thorough, professional and courteous. He has extensive knowledge of Building Regulations because he keeps himself up to date with Rules/Covenants. He understood our functional and aesthetic needs well during the design process and regularly checked in with us - the clients, our Builder and the Council post design phase too.

Mubasher is excellent in getting to know what you want and then layering with his expertise deliver a product which is aesthetic and functional. He has a very good demeanour a listening ear and lots of patience to come up with perfect architecture drawings .

I really like this firm so far. I have just started the process of an extension with them. I feel the main strength is how quickly he understood what I wanted to achieve and how efficient he has been at doing the work. Also, I thought he was very reasonably priced.
