  Andy Watkins and his team recently completed a side extension and utility/kitchen installation along with some additional renovations. The end result looks fantastic and is testament to the skill and care of the trades that Andy assigned to the job, as well as Andy’s willingness to sort things out if there was ever a snag. I would thoroughly recommend Andy and his team.

  New build house

  We had AWBuilders build our new home and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was hardworking, reliable, and always on time. They were incredibly accommodating throughout the entire build, making the process smooth and stress-free. The quality of their work is exceptional, and their attention to detail really shows in the finished product.   Wall removed, new section put in new door way, plastering plumbing and electrics

  10/10 experience. Excellent communication, Arrived on time agreed every day, respectful of my working from home situation. Discussed everything thoroughly with me before and during the build. Very knowledgeable of measurements and what would work for myself as a wheelchair user. Nothing was too much trouble, will 100% be using again

  Extension and internal renovations.

  Andy and his team recently demolished and rebuilt a utility extension and are conducting various internal renovations. Their work is quick and of high quality and the team are all polite, professional, and minimize disruption as much as they can. In addition, Andy's project management and problem-solving skills have been invaluable. I highly recommend Andy and team.

  Hip to gable roof conversion and install bathroom

  AW builders were competitive, they have an amazing team of contractors ( brick layers/ carpenters / roofers / plumbers / electrics/ tilers etc) all of whom were on site on the days agreed, all very polite , courteous , tidy and happy to engage / explain / sort anything that came up ( we are an old building). The workmanship on the build is fab and snagging issues were addressed immediately. The estimate is transparent so no hidden costs. Would recommend/ use again

  Link extension between our house and garage

  AW Builders recently completed an extension between our kitchen & garage to create a new hallway. While it was a small job, Andy took the care and attention to detail you would expect from a much bigger project. Over the course of the build we have found Andy and his team to be: - Responsive - Reliable - Hardworking - Respectful of our property We are so pleased with the results!
