10/10 experience. Excellent communication, Arrived on time agreed every day, respectful of my working from home situation. Discussed everything thoroughly with me before and during the build. Very knowledgeable of measurements and what would work for myself as a wheelchair user. Nothing was too much trouble, will 100% be using again

Andy and his team recently demolished and rebuilt a utility extension and are conducting various internal renovations. Their work is quick and of high quality and the team are all polite, professional, and minimize disruption as much as they can. In addition, Andy's project management and problem-solving skills have been invaluable. I highly recommend Andy and team.

AW builders were competitive, they have an amazing team of contractors ( brick layers/ carpenters / roofers / plumbers / electrics/ tilers etc) all of whom were on site on the days agreed, all very polite , courteous , tidy and happy to engage / explain / sort anything that came up ( we are an old building). The workmanship on the build is fab and snagging issues were addressed immediately. The estimate is transparent so no hidden costs. Would recommend/ use again

AW Builders recently completed an extension between our kitchen & garage to create a new hallway. While it was a small job, Andy took the care and attention to detail you would expect from a much bigger project. Andy Watkins ( builder / main contractor) was excellent. He works with a great set of key contractors ( brick layers / roofers / carpenters / electricians/ plumbers etc) all of whom were courteous/ tidy / on time and more importantly very good. The estimate provided was detailed and competitive. Andy was responsive to issues and snags ( as were the team) and they all want to do a good job which was reassuring as the client. Overall communication was sound and the project went to schedule. Andy also managed building control. Would thoroughly recommend.

AW Builders project managed the complete build from an integral double garage in to a kitchen/diner, and until building regs sign off today. He used some great tradesmen - the quality of the work from the bricklayers, carpenters and tilers especially was exceptional. I have had many compliments from people who have seen the work and requests for their details which gives you an idea of the quality. Some of these compliments were from other trades ‘that’s the best tiling I’ve ever seen’ / ‘the quality of that brickwork is excellent’ and I don’t think you can get better than that. Thanks Andy!
