So this review is in two parts: First part: A service was carried out for my unvented mains pressure water heater by Award Plumbing. I had some issues afterwards and I contacted Award again and was given a quote for a replacement immersion heater and was told any other issues, don't hesitate to contact again. Second Part: when I queried another issue, I didn't get a response. And when I contacted again to ask if you could verify if the immersion heater was the issue, and if so, how quick could you replace it, again no response. Luckily, I found someone else who sorted the issue.

We arrived on the date and time that was agreed, carried out a professional service on your Unvented cylinder with documentation.
On arrival we also reset your immersion heater as it wasn’t working, free of charge. It started to work. Advised if it becomes faulty once again, replacement will be required.
We also raised a quotation for this.
