  Thoroughly recommend Avant Garde to anyone. From the survey to the remedial works themselves, Ben and his team were fantastic. The quotation was fair and, despite more than 18 months elapsing between quoting and carrying out the works, (due to logistical issues concerning a neighbour that were out of our control) they honoured the initial quotation and did not increase the price by a single penny. Jimmy, that carried out the works, was also lovely - and tidied up after himself at the end of each day. If you need damp-proofing works carried out, don't look any further than Avant Garde - 10/10!!

  Jobs delivered as promised

  Avant Garde have worked with us on three separate occasions over the last years and on all three occasions did a good job, arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and delivered as agreed and in line with the estimates. I also really appreciated Ben calling me every day if he was not on site to check in and make sure everything was as it should be.

  Highly professional, great workmanship

  Avant garde were highly professional from the beginning. Instantly responding and making an independent survey happen quickly to confirm the problem. Ben then came to see me to discuss the works proposal which was a really personable touch. He was able to get works going in a really timely manner. His team were really hard working, professional and very clean. They kept us informed the whole way and made a potentially stressful situation go through with ease.   Punctual, very tidy, and very happy with the results

  Ben came round and did a thorough survey, taking extra care to double check area's which would have been missed, such as underneath some floor boards which eventually required replacing. His team were punctual, very tidy, and we're very happy with the results. Would highly recommend.

  I highly recommend Avant Garde. When they surveyed the property, they provided clear and professional advice on the work required to address the long standing damp issues. When we commissioned them to complete the work, they were highly professional, reliable and easy to work with.

  Ben and his team were absolutely brilliant! They were competent, punctual and carried out the work in the established time frame. Ben guided us through every step of the way giving clear information and reasoning for the work undertaken. His team were reliable and trustworthy and left the place clean.
