We had an issue with damp in our lounge. Ben promptly responded to our request and quickly diagnosed the problem. The work involved taking the plaster off one wall but they worked hard to minimise disruption and dirt. We now have no damp and a new French drain near the outside wall. We would be happy to recommend the firm.

The damp survey was conducted thoroughly in the course of which we gained good advice. This was followed by a by a comprehensive report containing all the advice and more. We needed some work done so that our damp course could work; we also needed some internal work which involved stripping back one internal wall and re-plastering it. The work was carried out efficiently and to a good standard. We feel that our damp problem has been comprehensively and professionally dealt with.

Ben and the team were superb. Great eye for detail, they went above and beyond, fixing minor issues as they came up at no extra cost, and completed the job on time. They were polite, knowledgeable and very tidy given such a messy job. The french drain they installed was done exactly to brief, and finished beautifully. I would recommend them to anyone who needs decent damp proofing experts to complete high quality work.

I am very pleased at the works carried out AG Damp Solution Ltd to replace the rendering and pebbledash that had cracked and let rain in around the windows at my property. The works was done as agreed an on time. The workmen were punctual, efficient, considerate to my needs and very tidy. I have found the above company to be very professional and easy to deal with before, during and after completion of the work, and I would highly recommend them.

The work included tanking of internal walls and French drains installed outside. The finished work has certainly been tested since completion and there have been no problems. The team were great; although my kitchen is situated between the rooms where work took place, every evening when I got home, it was cleaned through. I have use of a car park that belongs to a church and explained that parking is with their permission. The team were great and parked considerately. Any work done creates dust, but the team certainly did their best to clean up, making my finishing off much easier.

I would highly recommend Ben and his team. Ben listened to all the issues we had and was able to give me a solution and a reliable way forward for them all, even the issues unrelated to damp proofing. He made it easy for me to understand the issues we had with our damp course and how to correct them. I am delighted with the final result and with the team’s workmanship.
