  Great experience from start to final install. Excellent service easy to book home appointment measure and choice of carpet. Immediate quote. Went ahead booked install date. All round Great personal service . All very professional and friendly . Excellent choice of carpets and good pricing. Was recommended after friend had new carpet . We have booked them again to measure other rooms in January.

  Avana were recommended by a friend who had recently used them. The process from the first call and emails, to the visit with the samples, to organising the fitting so quickly with charming and very efficient fitters was exceptional. I could not recommend them enough and will definitely be using this company again in the future.

  Competitive carpet fitting

  Found Avana when searching for nearby flooring companies. Steve arranged to come to my house with samples and talked through options of carpets. He measured the rooms and was very knowledgeable. He sent me a quote there and then which was very reasonable. On the days arranged for carpet fitting I was phoned on the morning with a time and they arrived promptly and got straight to work. They were very tidy and helpful with furniture too. I highly recommend this company. We are very pleased with the whole service.

  Brilliant service from the first phone call!

  From start to finish Avana Flooring were spot on! Measured on Tuesday, fitted the following Monday. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Didn't attempt to try to sell me the most expensive carpet, honest and trustworthy people. Fitters were brilliant, even carried out a couple of repairs elsewhere for no extra charge. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if the need arises.
