Very friendly and professional

Always answerd any emails, the rep who came to show samples filled us with confidence, had to wait a while for the fitting as they were busy.. but the quality of work and personell shows why they are busy.. We will use them again

Avana carpets were fantastic from start to finish, matching up a landing carpet with an existing one and fitting carpets throughout the rest of the house. Carpets were fitted quickly .

Superb experience from beginning to end. Had a really helpful guy come to measure the space and gave us a quote there and then. We saw some samples of flooring but nothing exactly what we wanted so we later shopped around, found what we liked, sent a photo to Avana and they sorted it all out from there. The team who came to fit the flooring communicated perfectly and done an amazing job. Friendly, tidy and professional. The quality of the job exceeded my expectations. They even trimmed a door for me because it wouldn't shut properly with the new floor. Would highly recommend
