Fantastic performance right from answering my message for information about booking a visit with samples. Explaining different options, measuring, and way to pay. On day to have my lounge, hall and landing done, I was updated with time of arrival. Old carpet taken up to be taken away, furniture moved as they worked, put back after completion, hovered up everything up. Very satisfied, would thoroughly recommended.

The work was carried out with the utmost efficiency and I am very pleased. Ash and his assistant were brilliant. Apart from laying an impeccable floor they were most helpful in moving furniture in and out of the room. I will have no hesitation in recommending your company. From start to finish I cannot fault the service, quality and workmanship that we received from Avana flooring. Jake who visited us in our home is knowledgeable, friendly and took his time to show me various options, giving his advice and recommendations whilst taking on board what I wanted. Our fitters Ash and Joe were fantastic! Comfortable to be around, respectful of our property and very particular with the finish. The prices are very reasonable yet the finish is top quality. I loved how easy this was, they sent someone to the house (a 2 bed terrace) with swatches, gave me a detailed quote, then their guy turned up on the day and got it all done (lounge, 2 x bedroom, stairs and upstairs landing) with no fuss by mid afternoon. It was great value and great service! I would highly recommend them, and will use again if I need any flooring done. Thank you!!

Helpful salesman came to our house and spent time going through all the options, fitters were great too. Only small issue was there was a small mistake with the colour of the matwell we ordered, but they came back and quickly resolved it, which is always the mark of a good company. Mistakes happen, it's how they are dealt with that's important.
