  The guys at AV1 were friendly and professional through both the quotation and building process. They helped workout the details of the project and discussed issues with the our structural engineer. Onsite they were professional, kept the site tidy, and produced quality work. Overall highly recommend.

  Safe passage for pedestrians where AV1 Buildings Ltd were working

  AV1 were working at a property near me on a very busy road. They were very considerate to pedestrians on the pathway as we frequently suffer from companies blocking the pavement. They were very polite, offering to assist anyone as necessary and very mindful not to obstruct the safe passage of pedestrians. In addition they are a very friendly company who always greet you in a polite, friendly manner as you pass by. Their paving work at the property is a delight to see. A big thank to them.

  Fireplace removal and replacing lintel

  Viv and the other workers were prompt and polite. They’ve done a brilliant job of the fireplace, and I’m impressed how clean they left the place after plastering as well. Would absolutely recommend. They also had a student with them, and I overheard some conversations they had with them. I thought the whole team were really respectful towards them and explained their processes really clearly (which is a testament to the level of skills and respect the whole team have).
