Good job, friendly, helpful, but punctuality and communication not the best

We didn't eventually go with AJ and his team for the only reason that two other offers were better priced for our needs. However, their quote was good, the layout of the quote in particular the best we saw and their site visit was prompt and they listened. I hope we don't regret passing them by this time but for other projects we will definitely give them a shout.

The guys at AV1 were friendly and professional through both the quotation and building process. They helped workout the details of the project and discussed issues with the our structural engineer. Onsite they were professional, kept the site tidy, and produced quality work. Overall highly recommend.

AV1 were working at a property near me on a very busy road. They were very considerate to pedestrians on the pathway as we frequently suffer from companies blocking the pavement. They were very polite, offering to assist anyone as necessary and very mindful not to obstruct the safe passage of pedestrians. In addition they are a very friendly company who always greet you in a polite, friendly manner as you pass by. Their paving work at the property is a delight to see. A big thank to them.

Viv was very reliable and friendly. Tidied up very well after each day's work. I would recommend his company to anyone needing building work.
