Used Checkatrade as before, and Autowash as have used them years ago. Had message from them about rates etc, accepted. When it comes to booking the visit, its not Autowash but a call centre controlling independent tradesmen call Pacifica, nothing to do with Autowash. Arrives in unsigned white van but in Pacifica clothing. Okay, did the work and got the machine working but process misrepresents who you are dealing with and clearly Checkatrade and Autowash are complicit in this. So, yes the work was done, not by Autowash but by someone I did not hire Not sure legally where this stands.

Really easy and the repair was completed without a fuss; my only concern was paying for the parts and fitting before the job was scheduled but it all turned out well. Would recommend.

John identify the problem within the first 5 minutes, rectified it, checked the repair but running a cycle and tested our electricity plugs. 5 stars thank you so john.

Autowash we're the first to respond. Concise communication with regards to timing, updates all of the time. Engineer was knowledgeable and quick to identify the issue.
