  Integrated washing machine wasn't draining

  Called this morning and Dale was at my house by 1pm! Great service, fixed the machine promptly and was extra careful with my wooden floor when pulling it out which I appreciated. I felt it was a fair price too. Gave me some tips to help prevent it from happening again in the future. Would recommend 100%

  Washing Machine repair and fixing.

  The engineer came through immediately, checked the machine, listened to us to understand what happened which has led to the issue. And quickly identified the error code, definition and diagnosed what needs to be done; we were bit concerned that some parts would need replacement (thats what vendor website explained) but the technicien managed to fix by simply re-using the existing part. Did a test run of the machine, monitored it for 20 mins and made sure it works fine.

  Washing Machine and Dishwasher broken down

  Fast and reliable, an engineer was able to come out in a remarkable 15mins time from when I gave the green light. Engineer was friendly and was able to explain why my washing machine was broken and how much it would cost to replace a part. The part was the cost of a new machine in which the engineer was great at putting in a call in to get recommend machines over and a quote to get it installed, with old one taken away. Dishwasher was fixed with a small new part quickly and was up and running. The company did an excellent job - I would highly recommed!
