Our washing machine developed a fault and having used AAR ltd before, I contacted them. Raphael came the following morning and repaired it having tested the machine discovering that the heater had blown.He was straightforward about the cost and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He is my go to for these repairs- highly recommended!

Called this morning and Dale was at my house by 1pm! Great service, fixed the machine promptly and was extra careful with my wooden floor when pulling it out which I appreciated. I felt it was a fair price too. Gave me some tips to help prevent it from happening again in the future. Would recommend 100%

The engineer came through immediately, checked the machine, listened to us to understand what happened which has led to the issue. And quickly identified the error code, definition and diagnosed what needs to be done; we were bit concerned that some parts would need replacement (thats what vendor website explained) but the technicien managed to fix by simply re-using the existing part. Did a test run of the machine, monitored it for 20 mins and made sure it works fine.
