Ersin from Atlas responded to my request quickly and visited the next working day. He kept me informed as to his expected arrival on the day and was very polite when he got to my house. He identified the issue quickly and provided a replacement pull chord unit. The job didn't take too long and he left things tidy and clean in my bathroom. Was very impressed with his service and would use again. Very reliable and trustworthy service.

Great experience! They came the morning after posting the job, and managed to complete the work on the day. Professional, polite, explained to me throughout what he was doing and why...all alongside a very reasonable cost. Would certainly recommend and will use again.

Responded quickly and traced the fault to my immersion heater. Also offered advice for future work to deal with an issue on my fuse box. Very polite and professional and will definitely use again this nether future.
