  Garden tidy up and clearance.

  The guys that came over to do the job (at least 4) were very quick, efficient, and made short shrift of it but I found the communicationt aggressive and inconsistent. First, they said they would come at lunch time, then 9am, only to change back to mid to late morning on the actual day. Secondly, I was quoted £350 for the full job but when they arrived said I needed to pay more to take away the amount of material (£400) even tho I'd already provided photos day b4. Wanted cash in hand although accepted a bank transfer reluctantly. Were aggressive on phone until payment had gone through.

  The pull chord for my electrical shower was faulty and unreliable and needed fixing.

  Ersin from Atlas responded to my request quickly and visited the next working day. He kept me informed as to his expected arrival on the day and was very polite when he got to my house. He identified the issue quickly and provided a replacement pull chord unit. The job didn't take too long and he left things tidy and clean in my bathroom. Was very impressed with his service and would use again. Very reliable and trustworthy service.
