  Not customer centric. Non punctual.

  Ben is a competent technician. However, the rating is one star because 1) not arriving on time nor intimating about the delay 2) not customer centric: never asks customer preferences, On Punctuality: Ben didn't arrive on his chosen time slot between 10-11am on the day, nor provided an udpate on this arrival time. When I rang at 11:35, he provided the arrival time. Customer centric: Customer choices, preferences goes for a toss, Ben is oblivious to them. While relocating an EV charger, he installed the charger right on the front wall adjoining the main entrance.

  Thank you for your response, i apologise that i was running behind by half an hour that day. I did check with your wife and got told the location of the charger was fine. Unfortunately relocating an Ev charger for free isn’t a feasible practice.

  Nothing but positive for Ben. Pricing was fair, work looks great. Ben was communicative, flexible, considerate, tidy, everything you need from someone doing some work for you. Saved his number for the future and will definitely use again

  I contacted Atlas to install an EV car charger, and the job was completed to the highest standard. Courteous and professional, he came over to survey the job before giving a very reasonable quote, and I was booked in the following week. I would use him again.
