Ben is a competent technician. However, the rating is one star because
1) not arriving on time nor intimating about the delay
2) not customer centric: never asks customer preferences,
On Punctuality: Ben didn't arrive on his chosen time slot between 10-11am on the day, nor provided an udpate on this arrival time. When I rang at 11:35, he provided the arrival time.
Customer centric: Customer choices, preferences goes for a toss, Ben is oblivious to them. While relocating an EV charger, he installed the charger right on the front wall adjoining the main entrance.

Thank you for your response, i apologise that i was running behind by half an hour that day. I did check with your wife and got told the location of the charger was fine. Unfortunately relocating an Ev charger for free isn’t a feasible practice.
