  The men were on time, they were friendly and respectful. They told us what they would do and were very efficient. The job was completed to our satisfaction and we would use this company again if the need arises.

  Shower fitting, then fobbing me off with 7 weeks of excuses

  I paid Andy almost £700 for a shower and wall panel to be fitted. The shower didn't work. I have had numerous texts with excuses saying his van broke, another saying he was calling but never turned up. This went on for 7 weeks!! I am now almost £700 out of pocket with a shower that doesnt work and a trades person that is fobbing me off. I have since discovered the shower he purchased was a cheap £60 shower, when he told me he had picked a mid range shower!. Since he chooses to ignore my messages I have had to have another plumber to fit me a brand new shower for an additional £300.

  Fitting new boiler

  We received a quote for the work very promptly and the job was completed in the allocated time scale. It was fitted to an excellent standard and everywhere was tidied afterwards. I would definitely recommend the service .

  Radiator leak.

  After decorating the hall and landing, I noticed a leak at the radiator connection. Andy arrived promptly and rectified the problem quickly.

  Remove and refit new bathroom toilet / Service Gas boiler.

  Contacted Andy - Atlantis Plumbing and heating on Monday 25th.March when he came and gave a quote to remove and efit new bathroom toilet. Quiet clear and prosfessional in his description of the work and gave a firm quote without any hidden extras. This was accepted by me and he returned as promised PM Wed. 27th and carried out work without any fuss. I was impressed by his overall tidiness and then asked for a further quote to service Gas Boiler and he was able to do that immediately. Very pleased with his work and the very reasonable charge he made. Would definitely recommend him to anyone
