Our shower stopped working on the hottest day of the year so far. Gave Andy a call (Thursday) and he came out the same evening to see what needed to be done. After telling him we have an Autistic, Epileptic Daughter he came back on Saturday morning to replace the shower. Can't fault anything about the experience.

The men were on time, they were friendly and respectful. They told us what they would do and were very efficient. The job was completed to our satisfaction and we would use this company again if the need arises.

I paid Andy almost £700 for a shower and wall panel to be fitted. The shower didn't work. I have had numerous texts with excuses saying his van broke, another saying he was calling but never turned up. This went on for 7 weeks!! I am now almost £700 out of pocket with a shower that doesnt work and a trades person that is fobbing me off. I have since discovered the shower he purchased was a cheap £60 shower, when he told me he had picked a mid range shower!. Since he chooses to ignore my messages I have had to have another plumber to fit me a brand new shower for an additional £300.
