  Appreciated the attention to detail in quoting, recommending to fix underlying issues and make use of materials with life still in them. Job was decently priced, and all done ahead of schedule.

  The team carried out roof repairs on the house. There was good communication via email and onsite. After the work was complete they explained other issues that I should consider addressing and showed photos the help.

  I recently had Astute Roofing and Building create an access opening for another trade in my kitchen, and they were great. They showed up on time, and kept me informed on what they were doing, ensuring I was satisfied throughout. They got the job done quick and the opening was exactly what I needed, and they left the area clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely recommend them for any building work.

  Fascia’s and soffits

  Mark and his team carried out work to the fascias and soffits on my house. Very polite, work was done to a high standard, arrived on time. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend!

  Emergency tiled roof repair

  We had a large hole in our tiled roof from some refurbishment works. Astute roofing and building provided a quote straight away and were out the next day to fix it. They did a superb job and you can't tell there was ever a hole in the roof. Will definitely use them again for any roofing needs.

  Flat roof Installation

  Really pleased with our replacement flat roof. Mark's team did an excellent job. They were punctual, polite and hard workers. Communication was good from quote through to completion. Would definitely recommend.
