Mark and his team did the job in record time and cleaned up really well. Mark answered all my questions and sent me pics as he did the job. Even when things cropped up along the way there was no drama. Mark didnt give me the feeling that my roof was doomed or would cost me an arm and a leg. Unlike many who had priced it, he didnt say "who put this in then" with regards to any existing works - he just offered solutions. Inspecting the works with him at the end was good. His team were hard working and a cheery bunch. The skip came and took the waste away on the same day, so even better!

They agreed to a very short timeline as the job was urgent, showing really good flexibility. They turned up and got on with the job and finished it within a few hours. Happy with the result as seems to be fixed now.

I would definitely recommend Astute Roofing & Building. Mark checked over the problem thoroughly and provided me with two quotes, then it was really easy to get everything booked in when I decided which option to go with. The team showed up when they said they would and were really efficient and polite. The quality of the work is good and we would definitely use Astute again.
