Astute Roofers and Builders are a first rate roofing and general building firm. Mark gave a clear quotation which was accurate and to which he stuck. When some extra work was needed he gave a fair quote for this too. They started the job as planned and completed the job, after working round lost days due to bad weather, as soon as was possible. Mark's team are first rate and are skilled. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day and the team were friendly, communicative and went out of their to help with any extras that appeared. I cannot recommend them too highly.

We had various issues with our roof, including some substandard insulation and ventilation, some torn flashing, and separate flat roof and chimney pointing issues. We got several quotes but Mark gave me more confidence than anyone else that he and his team understood the issues and would be able to sort them all out for what felt like a fair price. They worked hard and quickly and completed the job on time. The team were friendly and cleaned up after themselves and the results are very impressive. Overall, a really positive experience - if any expensive repair can ever be described as such!

Professional, efficient and friendly service

Mark and his team did the job in record time and cleaned up really well. Mark answered all my questions and sent me pics as he did the job. Even when things cropped up along the way there was no drama. Mark didnt give me the feeling that my roof was doomed or would cost me an arm and a leg. Unlike many who had priced it, he didnt say "who put this in then" with regards to any existing works - he just offered solutions. Inspecting the works with him at the end was good. His team were hard working and a cheery bunch. The skip came and took the waste away on the same day, so even better!
