Astrid Technologies are a competent team of very efficient, sensible and helpful people both office based and engineers attending sites. Every person I met and liaised with have made my life as a General Manager very easy and stress free, they never let me down and my residents have been speaking very highly of their engineers. Yet again the team have provided outstanding service. As a returning client, i emailed a request through as my tenants dishwasher was leaking. An appointment was booked in for the next day within 5 mins after sending the request through. Less than 24 hours later, the issue was resolved and i had the report, pictures and invoice in my inbox. Payment procedure:
Please note that our policy with private customers is to secure card details for payment purposes therefore if you wish to proceed with a booking we'll ask that you call us (or we call you) to get your details. No charge will be made to your card until the engineer / handyman call out has been completed and we will then issue a full vat invoice and report by email. Your personal data will be handled securely and sensitively and removed fully from our system once the invoice has been processed. We look forward to hearing from you.
