Very considerate engineer, kept us informed throughout and managed to fix the hob even though the item had been retired.

Derek from Astrid came and checked out my gas cooker as one oven wasn't working. He identified the problem and needed to order a spare part. He returned with a colleague to fit the part which required them to take much of the cooker apart. They worked hard and effectively to get the work done and were friendly and polite. The original call out included the cost of the return visit. I was happy with the work and the eventual cost was very fair. I would definitely recommend this company.

Yet again Astrid were there to save the day for us after our tenant had a leak. Astrid were quick and efficient as always and resolved the leak, repaired the washing machine and advised our tenant on what had happened and how to prevent it in the future. They even fixed the cupboard door handle and realigned the door for us. They really are the best and the most reliable appliance engineers.

Astrid Technologies are a competent team of very efficient, sensible and helpful people both office based and engineers attending sites. Every person I met and liaised with have made my life as a General Manager very easy and stress free, they never let me down and my residents have been speaking very highly of their engineers. I recommend Astrid to anyone who wishes to have an honest diagnosis on their faulty appliance, they can arrange a new appliance to be fitted and tested to work and take away the old appliance as well.
