The plumber found problems outside of my initial request. He suggested a surveyor visit rather than a quick fix. The surveyor was friendly and professional and gave bespoke suggestions for a solution. The quote was reasonable. The next plumber was as friendly and professional as his colleagues. The work was completed in a morning, fuss free with little, if any disruption. He left the site clean. In addition to wiring replacement part, he rewired the system that was wrongly wired previously. Very impressed. It showed a pride in his work, and I got a guarantee

I have used the services of Aston Cord for several years. They are always quickly responsive and very reliable. The last time I used their services was on 30/9/2025, when a plumber came to replace a neutralizer on my condensate-discharge pipe on my central heating gas boiler. The work was carried out to a very good standard and the engineer also made a check of my other CH connections. I'm very satisfied with the service provided and the expertise of their engineers
