Excellent communication throughout both jobs. The boiler service was completed the same day they came to quote. Toilet cistern replaced a few days later, both were a good price and I’m very pleased with both jobs. Would recommend them and will definitely use again if needed

I called at 10:30am requesting a bathroom basin tap be replaced. I was told I would be called back within an hour. I was, and was told that John would be with me by 12:15. He was. He looked at the tap and went of to purchase a replacement. He was back within 20 minutes with a near-identical tap and by 13:30 the job was complete. Excellent service!
