  Combi boiler fault

  Well what can I say - not all heroes wear capes. Can I just say that this bloke - Perry is an absolute legend. This guy will talk you through the problem, explain what’s required and absolutely go out of his way to make sure you as a customer is not only 100% satisfied but 2,3,400 % satisfied. He’s just left me at 23:30 trying to sort my combi boiler and now my wife and family are in his debt. Just phone Perry - people you won’t regret it and any issues please free to come back to me and ask me why !!

  Amazing service!

  Outstanding service! I can’t recommend Perri highly enough. I was nervous about not understanding the process and possibly being overcharged, but Perri took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I felt confident throughout. Truly excellent experience.

  Powerflushing

  Perry was extremely efficient, friendly, and professional. He delivered an excellent service when power flushing my central heating system. Although a power flush typically takes 5–8 hours, he completed the job on the lower end of that timeframe. He left my home cleaner than when he arrived and was very courteous around my family. Perry was also happy to share his knowledge and answered all my (many!) plumbing questions with patience. On top of the power flush, he found time to fix a leaking kitchen pipe and adjust my toilet cistern, all at no extra cost. I highly recommend Perry massively.

  Boiler service, repair and three new radiators

  Perry recently serviced and repaired my gas boiler heating system and replaced three radiators, and I couldn’t be more pleased with his work. He was excellent—efficient, tidy, and clearly very skilled. He treated my property with great respect, leaving everything clean and tidy when he finished. It's rare to find such reliable and professional service these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Perry again and highly recommend him to anyone needing heating or boiler work.

  Boiler Dripping... Fixed!

  I was incredibly nervous when my tenant reported to me the boiler was leaking... again. Perry was incredible at communicating, and managed to go to the property within days, and found the issue was due to the pipe not being connected properly from the previous (bad) visit from another company on Checkatrade. I am over the moon with the fast turn around and completion, and feel at ease knowing when the next gas safety check is due, I have peace of mind the works will be completed to the standard I'd hope for. Thank you so much, highly highly recommended!!!

  Servicing my boiler and then returning to repair two parts.

  Everything from start to finish was of the highest professional standard. Perry came on two occasions, the second was the result of an absolutely thorough service he completed, showing up clear problems building that others had clearly missed. Perry understands what great customer service is about where old fashioned ideas of being polite, transparent in declaring his work , sticking to agreed times and being prompt in communicating are evident. He's proud of his work and that's great. I have asked CORGI to make sure it is Perry who is sent next time and beyond that I will employ him direct.
