  Servicing my boiler and then returning to repair two parts.

  Everything from start to finish was of the highest professional standard. Perry came on two occasions, the second was the result of an absolutely thorough service he completed, showing up clear problems building that others had clearly missed. Perry understands what great customer service is about where old fashioned ideas of being polite, transparent in declaring his work , sticking to agreed times and being prompt in communicating are evident. He's proud of his work and that's great. I have asked CORGI to make sure it is Perry who is sent next time and beyond that I will employ him direct.

  Emergency Bathroom leak

  Outstanding Service from Perry at Assiduous Heating I’ve used Perry before and once again he was fantastic. I had an emergency leak late one evening — he kept me updated on when he would arrive, sorted the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and provided a fair, transparent quote for the follow-up repairs. Perry is punctual, warm, friendly, and nothing is ever too much trouble. His work is outstanding and very reasonably priced. A genuinely lovely person and a true professional — I wouldn’t use anyone else!

  New boiler

  I’ve already left a review on checkatrade but also going to post here as my gas/electric bill has come in. It’s been six months since the boiler was fixed and my bill had already gone down by £140! I’m absolutely thrilled! Perry said I should start getting smaller bills but I didn’t expect this, especially as I’ve actually had the heating on more than I normally would. Great work, and obviously he’s given me a great choice of boilers to chose from. Radiators all working now, even ones that haven’t worked for years! Very happy

  Loss of gas supply.

  Perry arrived at my house within 2hrs of my noticing I had no gas supply. He identified the issue as being with the meter and then after leaving continued to help me sort the issue with the gas supplier (who were disputing it was a meter issue). He spoke to the SGN and then also emailed the gas supplier. Which finally led to them agreeing to send out one of their meter engineers. I cannot Thank Perry enough for his help.

  fixe my Bosh Gas boiler and flushed the heating system.

  Perry done a stellar job at my property fixing a leaking boiler and on a second occasion flushing my heating ystem. Perry is a truthful professional. Very polite and bright. Provided me with after support via messages when I had some additional questions. All in all A Class.

  Boiler leaked and required new parts

  My experience was excellent - I was clear about the problem and more importantly he did everything required to assist ensure the parts could be added without a problem. He was reliable and left my kitchen where the boiler was located so clean. Very impressed-this was the first time using this company and it won’t be the last. In addition to the boiler repair he sorted my slow flowing water unrelated to the boiler.
