Perry recently serviced and repaired my gas boiler heating system and replaced three radiators, and I couldn’t be more pleased with his work. He was excellent—efficient, tidy, and clearly very skilled. He treated my property with great respect, leaving everything clean and tidy when he finished. It's rare to find such reliable and professional service these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Perry again and highly recommend him to anyone needing heating or boiler work.

I was incredibly nervous when my tenant reported to me the boiler was leaking... again. Perry was incredible at communicating, and managed to go to the property within days, and found the issue was due to the pipe not being connected properly from the previous (bad) visit from another company on Checkatrade. I am over the moon with the fast turn around and completion, and feel at ease knowing when the next gas safety check is due, I have peace of mind the works will be completed to the standard I'd hope for. Thank you so much, highly highly recommended!!!

Everything from start to finish was of the highest professional standard. Perry came on two occasions, the second was the result of an absolutely thorough service he completed, showing up clear problems building that others had clearly missed. Perry understands what great customer service is about where old fashioned ideas of being polite, transparent in declaring his work , sticking to agreed times and being prompt in communicating are evident. He's proud of his work and that's great. I have asked CORGI to make sure it is Perry who is sent next time and beyond that I will employ him direct.

Outstanding Service from Perry at Assiduous Heating I’ve used Perry before and once again he was fantastic. I had an emergency leak late one evening — he kept me updated on when he would arrive, sorted the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and provided a fair, transparent quote for the follow-up repairs. Perry is punctual, warm, friendly, and nothing is ever too much trouble. His work is outstanding and very reasonably priced. A genuinely lovely person and a true professional — I wouldn’t use anyone else!

I’ve already left a review on checkatrade but also going to post here as my gas/electric bill has come in. It’s been six months since the boiler was fixed and my bill had already gone down by £140! I’m absolutely thrilled! Perry said I should start getting smaller bills but I didn’t expect this, especially as I’ve actually had the heating on more than I normally would. Great work, and obviously he’s given me a great choice of boilers to chose from. Radiators all working now, even ones that haven’t worked for years! Very happy

Perry arrived at my house within 2hrs of my noticing I had no gas supply. He identified the issue as being with the meter and then after leaving continued to help me sort the issue with the gas supplier (who were disputing it was a meter issue). He spoke to the SGN and then also emailed the gas supplier. Which finally led to them agreeing to send out one of their meter engineers. I cannot Thank Perry enough for his help.
