  We were very happy with the work that Miri and his team completed. The tiling was done to a high standard and he was great at giving advice about which plumbing fittings to buy. Most of all they were reliable, polite and trustworthy and kept things clean and tidy. We have already had Miri back to fix a leaky radiator and to install a microwave oven. Very happy customers.

  Leaking upstairs toilet.

  Having a leaking toilet upstairs was very worrying. The plumber came out very promptly, assessed the job and went and got the required parts. Within an hour the toilet was fixed, fully functioning and not leaking. I can’t praise AS Property Development enough. An excellent job all round. 5*****
