Having a leaking toilet upstairs was very worrying. The plumber came out very promptly, assessed the job and went and got the required parts. Within an hour the toilet was fixed, fully functioning and not leaking. I can’t praise AS Property Development enough. An excellent job all round. 5*****

A quick same-day response to replace a faulty shower for a wet room for an 80 yr old wheelchair-bound man. Reasonable price, good research for suitable product to find and fit a better replacement. A good job for a fair price with the clear intention of providing good value for money and keen to maintain a good rating for his work. Recommeded as a trader.
