10 Electric Oven Repair (Zanussi)

Contracted Alan to repair our Zanussi oven when it stopped heating. He was available the next day but as we were busy we arranged a better date the following week. He called about 30 minutes before to let us know he was on the way. He was able to fairly quickly figure out the problem and had all the parts on hand to sort it out straight away. Brilliant service. I telephoned late Wednesday afternoon and explained the problem. The engineer promised to call the following day to make an appointment and to give me a rough estimate of the cost. I received a call on Thursday as promised and made an appointment for Good Friday. I received a call to say that he would be with me in 20 minutes and was good to his word.
