Brilliant service. I telephoned late Wednesday afternoon and explained the problem. The engineer promised to call the following day to make an appointment and to give me a rough estimate of the cost. I received a call on Thursday as promised and made an appointment for Good Friday. I received a call to say that he would be with me in 20 minutes and was good to his word.
