My Hotpoint cooker stopped heating up but no issue with electrics. Contacted ASM electric cooker repairs as checkatrade reviews were good and a specialist oven repairer was required. Contracted Alan to repair our Zanussi oven when it stopped heating. He was available the next day but as we were busy we arranged a better date the following week. He called about 30 minutes before to let us know he was on the way. He was able to fairly quickly figure out the problem and had all the parts on hand to sort it out straight away.
