  our oven stopped raising to temperature, contacted ASM and they got back in contact straight away, diagnosed and completed the job quickly, with no mess or fuss. Definitely recommend!

  Very happy with everything. Initial query was handled quickly and date set with clear timeframe. On the work day there was also a call to say on way and arrived in agreed window. Work needed was explained and cost broken down into call out, labour and parts once an initial inspection had been completed. Cooker now back in action and very happy with the work performed.

  Alan did a great job with my zanussi oven repair. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the first visit. Friendly and efficient, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

  Stoves oven repair - first class!

  Alan was first class. Our Stoves oven had stopped heating up. He got on with the job quickly and quietly and we now have a perfectly working oven again! Provided a helpful approximate estimate over the phone - final price was lower, an added bonus. Would strongly recommend!

  I had a problem and they were able to complete a Zanussi oven repair in next to no time. Replaced the fan and element and the oven was as good as new. Highly recommended.
