My Hotpoint cooker stopped heating up but no issue with electrics. Contacted ASM electric cooker repairs as checkatrade reviews were good and a specialist oven repairer was required. Alan was able to come next day..knew the problem and replaced a part which he had available.I would recommend ASM as the work was carried out efficiently and I was advised of cost beforehand.

Contracted Alan to repair our Zanussi oven when it stopped heating. He was available the next day but as we were busy we arranged a better date the following week. He called about 30 minutes before to let us know he was on the way. He was able to fairly quickly figure out the problem and had all the parts on hand to sort it out straight away. Excellent and convenient service
