  Survey the damage of a leak

  The builder was on time and keen to get the work done. We had a a slight hiccup, due to a situation on my part. However the builder was keen to help and ensure that we get the job done properly at a more convenient time. I am pleased with the service provided and look forward to working with him again in the future.

  New Kitchen Roof

  2nd December we reached out to Costa as we had a Niagara Falls situation from our flat roof in the kitchen. Same day Costa replied & arranged to visit that afternoon which he did - after a revisit in daylight & measurements a quotation was supplied - all within 48hrs. Quote was very good with good payment plan That same day Costa and his boys arrived and made us water tight ahead of Storm Darragh. Once the storm passed Costa was back and removed the roof and 3 rotten 3 beams. New roof was on same day. New facia boards the next. Plastering the next and painting 3 days later. 5 STARS. Pete & Sam

  Garage removal, gate and fence installation

  I contacted several companies for a quote to remove a garage, add a fence and a gate. Costa replied straight away, he went on-site to evaluate the job and sent us the quote on the same day. We agreed to carry out the work with them as the discussions we had were positive and Costa understood exactly what we wanted. They completed the job in 3 consecuitve days and delivered exactly what we requested to a high standard. They cleaned after the work was completed, remove debris, dust, and left over materials. Overall, we are very happy with the completed job. Thanks Costa and team!

  Rebuilding two sets of steps

  We wanted to make two sets of steps from our lounge and our back door safer as we are in our 80s. Costa came and discussed our needs and planned the work to be done. His time and expertise helped us make decisions about what was to be done. Costa and his two sons did the building work and Jason made and fitted the hand rails. All were charming, polite and very hard working and the job was completed quickly and efficiently and our property cleared up on completion. I would not hesitate to recommend AskCosta.
