  Excellent. Colin arrived on time (slightly early, actually) and gave honest and upfront advice, leading to a job considerably less expensive than the initial quote (which was perfectly reasonable, by the warm). Boiler fixed, Hive smart thermo installed, couple of minor plumbing jobs. Very nice chap to boot. Thanks very much. 100% recommended

  I recently had a new boiler installed, along with a full system flush and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the assessment through to the final installation, Colin was incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The work itself was carried out efficiently and with real care — everything was left clean and tidy, and the overall standard of work is excellent. I’m genuinely so pleased with both the quality of the work and the level of service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ascent to anyone.

  I needed an emergency plumbing for a leaking g toilet and they were able to be with me within 36 hours which was great. They arrived when they said they would did the work quickly and professionally
