Brilliant company! I wouldn't look anywhere else. They turned up when they said they would, identified the issue and sorted it. They did a couple of other jobs whilst they were here. Highly recommended

Scott was excellent, arrived early, listened to concerns and issue with sewage waste pipe. Set up camera, explained everything he was doing. Located issue and explained after inspection process and emailing of footage. Clean and tidy and polite. Followed up next day with phone call to fully explain footage , pipe danage and how to view it via email sent. Would highly recommend

They replied to the request promptly and communicated efficiently, and came to do the job within a couple of hours. Work was completed in less than 10 minutes. Very reasonably priced and pleasant work men.

Colin from Ascent contacted me shortly after I posted the job. He arranged to come to do the job and turned up when he said he would, he then sent a written quote which I accepted. He telephoned and arranged a date and time to carry out the work. He arrived on time and worked as predicted, for most of the day. Having sorted my problem he left with reassurances that if there were any further problems he would be happy to help. I was very happy with the price, the way the work was carried out and the professionalism of the company.
