10 Reliable and very experienced plumber

The work involved investigation of an intermittently smelly shower, in spite of the shower draining well. Job location: ST16Pleasant and punctual tradesman. He did however fail to undo tight-fitting hot tap cartridge. We agreed to leave things as they were because of possible damage to the taps. Unfortunately, when the tradesman had left, we found he had forgotten to tighten the hot tap so it moves when we open it - it's a lever tap.Response from ASAP Plumbing Services

Brilliant plumber, calm, methodical and professional. I had a total of 3 plumbers what was turning rapidly into a complex job - and a bit of a nightmare. All 3 plumbers were great but offered different solutions. However, Depak was quick to suggest trying a new pump (without the need for extra pipe work as advised by others) and within an hour we had a working shower. I was quite stressed, and Depak was reassuring, calm and professional. I was right to trust him and would highly recommend him. Brilliant guy, genuine and helpful.
