Depac installed a new shower . The price was very reasonable. He contacted me within a few minutes through the check a trade app when I was seeking a plumber as my electric shower had broken. He was friendly ,professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend his services . I highly recommend Depak. He replaced my seized internal stopcock, fitted a new isolation valve for my outside tap, and installed a new outdoor tap. Despite difficult access due to existing pipework, he found a practical solution without causing damage. He was punctual, professional, tidy, and explained everything clearly. His workmanship was excellent and completed to a high standard. What stood out most was his honesty—his quote was fair, and he even charged less than expected. Brilliant plumber, calm, methodical and professional. I had a total of 3 plumbers what was turning rapidly into a complex job - and a bit of a nightmare. All 3 plumbers were great but offered different solutions. However, Depak was quick to suggest trying a new pump (without the need for extra pipe work as advised by others) and within an hour we had a working shower. I was quite stressed, and Depak was reassuring, calm and professional. I was right to trust him and would highly recommend him. Brilliant guy, genuine and helpful.
