10 Leak in the kitchen

Job location: DE12Depak was very helpful and came out to us straight away and capped of the leaky central heating filter. The new filter wasn't available to source on a Saturday afternoon so Depak will revisit when the part has been sourced. A very prompt, professional and courteous service. Unfortunately the part wasn't available to source on a Saturday afternoon, but Depak came over to us and capped of the leak and will return again when the part is sourced. Thankfully we don't have a leak in the kitchen any more.10 Fitting a new electric shower

Depak was fantastic from start to finish. His communication was prompt and accurate, keeping us informed of pricing and times in which to expect him throughout. He even quoted the job over text message because he was unable to take a phonecall and the job is done and dusted a day later. Super quick too and a very fair price. Brilliant plumber, calm, methodical and professional. I had a total of 3 plumbers what was turning rapidly into a complex job - and a bit of a nightmare. All 3 plumbers were great but offered different solutions. However, Depak was quick to suggest trying a new pump (without the need for extra pipe work as advised by others) and within an hour we had a working shower. I was quite stressed, and Depak was reassuring, calm and professional. I was right to trust him and would highly recommend him. Brilliant guy, genuine and helpful.
