I booked for an outdoor tap installation. Everything up until the day went well, communication, response time, price, however holes were drilled both inside and outside my home before any measurements were taken and the job was unable to be completed as he didn’t have the tools to drill deep enough. If it wasn’t suggested, he would’ve walked away leaving the holes exposed. He probably is a lovely guy but my time was wasted, my house is left with unfinished jobs and I’m hoping this doesn’t impact the person that will actually completed the job.

Excellent service throughout. They came out promptly to an emergency water leak. Quickly identified and repaired the problem pipe fitting. Friendly and polite, I’d recommend this company.

Depak is a great communicator and very punctual. The work didn’t go to plan as I’ve recently moved to a new house so some jobs couldn’t be done and requires a boiler expert but the jobs Depak done, the valves and pipe did unfortunately leak but he come the next day to rectify the issues so cannot fault him, maybe just one of those jobs where it didn’t go to plan but coming the next day to fix the issues speaks highly of his service and didn’t shy away
