ASAP Clearances did an absolutely fantastic job clearing rubbish from my flat. Not only did they remove everything quickly and efficiently, but they also went above and beyond by clearing more than required and even doing some gardening work as part of the service. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of service, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. I can whole heartedly recommend Andrea & ASAP clearance. Within 30 minutes of speaking with Andrea, she collected the keys from the estate agent, went to the property to take videos and followed up with a reasonable quote. She communicated regularly in the run up to the clearance date and I was absolutely stunned when I received the videos after the house was cleared. Everything was spotless and hoovered, ready for the sale. I thought the process would require me managing it, but everything was project managed by Andrea from start to finish. The whole process was carried out with efficiency and professionalism, and the quote was very reasonable. There were many different aspects including removal, storage waste disposal and paper shredding - all within the team’s capabilities. Andrea provided plenty of clear advice. The day went smoothly and allayed all my anxieties. Alex was expert in all things storage, dismantling and loading. Alyn was the “strongman”. Andrea did the sorting and generally help the whole thing together. The house was left spotless.
