  Repair of single built in oven

  Our oven failed to heat up and we beloved it was the bottom element. However when Norman visited he found that the grill element was also on the brink of failing and he ordered the additional spare part. He was punctual, courteous, reliable and very reasonable.

  Fitting of two bedroom locks in an apartment

  Booking with William was very good and in the end the job was completed satisfactory. There were a couple of hiccups, one being that both locks were identical, where perhaps I should have specified originally that they needed to be different or perhaps I should have been asked if they can be the same. Anyway, lesson learned. There were a few appointments that got cancelled last minute due to emergencies cropping up and communication could have perhaps been a bit more proactive but overall we’re happy with the finished job and would use William again.

  Fitting of new kitchen tap and isolation valves

  Joshua was prompt in contacting us and very reliable and reasonable. He was very competent and left the work area clean and tidy. He was excellent and we will definitely use him again if we need a plumber.
