  James did a fantastic job for us, carrying out a roof repair, fitting new guttering, and installing a new downpipe. From the outset he was professional, friendly, and clearly knew his trade inside out. He turned up exactly when he said he would, explained the work clearly, and completed everything to a very high standard. The quality of the finish is excellent — everything looks neat, solid, and built to last. James also left everything spotless afterwards, which was much appreciated.   Correction to guttering system

  Artisan were efficient in the manner that they dealt with my enquiry and came up with a good solution at a competitive price within a few days and one site visit the system they used to resolve the problem was excellent and resolved the problem.

  Replace damaged tiles

  Very prompt in contacting me. Inspected the damaged immediately and was able to arrange the scaffolder at short notice over the Christmas/ new year period. Work completed satisfactory and went the extra distance. Thanks you James

  Gutter cleaning

  James and Ian turned up on time. Very professional and courteous. Did a thorough job of the gutters clearing away the moss and weeds in the gutters which were not in good shape. Very thorough and took their time to ensure ladders were placed safely at awkward areas. Very clean after and with before/after pictures. Left ground area swept of all debris. Excellent job.
