I had 7 or 8 people come out to quote for the job, and although most were saying similar things, James stood out because of the time he took to explain what needed doing, why it needed doing, and the best way to fix it. His knowledge and professionalism gave me confidence in his recommendation. His quote was fair, he completed the work the very next day while I was out, and the job was done to a great standard.
