I cannot rate the work carried out by Artel highly enough. From the beginning, the quotation process was professional and accomodating to our needs. It was no trouble when we asked for changes. The workmen who attended our house and carried out the work treated our house with complete respect. They were lovely to have around and were incredibly clean and tidy. The work has been carried out to a very high standard with all the piping / cabling very neatly boxed. It looks like the aircon has always been in place. Communication through the quotation period, responding to all questions plus accommodating my last minute changes were all dealt with efficiently. Over the 5 days required for installation, the team were polite and respectful and very tidy. Job location: EN9Really professional team who worked around us during four days of air con installation in our office. Polite and respectful from the very start and cleaned up at the end of each day. Very happy with the installation work, the units look great and the cost was very reasonable. We are all looking forward to a cool office next summer!!
