    Professional Efficient Service

    Communication through the quotation period, responding to all questions plus accommodating my last minute changes were all dealt with efficiently. Over the 5 days required for installation, the team were polite and respectful and very tidy. I am very happy with the units, enjoying the heating function at this time and cannot wait to use the cooling function come the summer.

    Professional, respectful and great price

    Really professional team who worked around us during four days of air con installation in our office. Polite and respectful from the very start and cleaned up at the end of each day. Very happy with the installation work, the units look great and the cost was very reasonable. We are all looking forward to a cool office next summer!! Would thoroughly recommend Artel.

    Fantastic company ! Replaced my very old air conditioner with a lovely new unit. All works done quietly, efficiently and no mess. All working really well Very helpful in demonstrating the new machine and lots of advice given
