  Richard has great. He arrived on time and was friendly & polite. He completed the repair quickly, and left the area cleaner than he found it 😆 He even played with my new puppy and didn't complain when it chewed one of his brushes 🐶 The job was charged as quoted, with no hidden extras.   the engineer was punctual, polite and professional, he carried out all the necessary checks and examined the machine thoroughly. he established what the problem was and offered a solution. we are very happy with this service and will use it again!
