Agi came and diagnosed the dishwasher as dead. He was on time and clearly communicated the possible causes and the options available. As it was we opted to replace rather than look to repair. Agi assisted in removing standing water from the dishwasher in order for us to be able to get a new one delivered and installed.

Very prompt and helpful, sorted the job in no time and was sympathetic about my own failed attempt to fix it. Would definitely use again.

Richard has great. He arrived on time and was friendly & polite. He completed the repair quickly, and left the area cleaner than he found it 😆 He even played with my new puppy and didn't complain when it chewed one of his brushes 🐶 The job was charged as quoted, with no hidden extras. Highly recommended.

the engineer was punctual, polite and professional, he carried out all the necessary checks and examined the machine thoroughly. he established what the problem was and offered a solution. we are very happy with this service and will use it again!
