  We needed a bathroom revamp (2 rooms knocked into 1) to make life easier. During the initial interview Gavin listened and spoke to my elderly Mam to fully understand what was needed. The advice then given was very useful. All the tradesmen that came were all very polite and kept us informed throughout the day. We do want to mention Rob who went the extra mile for my Mam, he kept her updated, ensured she was happy, and whether she needed anything. He made the whole experience easy for her. I would totally recommend this company.

  Superb Bathroom Refurb: Professional Design and Meticulous Fitting

  We had a superb experience with Arrowmark for our downstairs bathroom refurb. From the start, Gavin was professional, and showroom visits with Gavin and Jemma were a pleasure—nothing was too much trouble during the design phase. The fitting was handled by Daniel, whose work ethic is incredible. He was meticulous throughout, and we’d have him back in a shot for our en-suite. Professional, helpful, and a high-quality finish; the end result is absolutely superb. We can't recommend Arrowmark highly enough for anyone looking for a stress-free transformation!

  Very positive experience from start to finish. Showroom personnel very knowledgeable and helpful, the fitters have done a wonderful job , they worked very hard from start to finish.

  Highly Recommended Work

  Ensuite totally updated. All items removed and then retiled, refitted and new flooring. The work was carried out on the date agreed to a high standard. Rob the plumber and Gavin the tiler both excellent workmen who we would certainly have to do work again. The whole process was very easy from the initial quotation, then our visit to their showroom and the revised quotation due to a few changes and the work being completed. Highly recommended.

  Excellent installation

  Rob from Arrowmark refitted my elderly mother’s bathroom, removing the bath and installing a walk-in shower to make it safer and easier for her to use. The work was done while my mother stayed with me, and everything was handled smoothly. Rob was reliable, professional, and easy to deal with. We’re very pleased with the result and would happily recommend him and Arrowmark
