  Couldn’t be more satisfied with the work carried out by Arrowmark home improvements. The guys were very knowledgeable in what they were doing and just got on with the job and tidied up each night before they left . We wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone wanting home improvements done.

  New en-suite fitted.

  A really good experience with Arrowmark from start to finish. The company were recommended by a neighbour and we could see the standard of their work before we engaged them. We were not disappointed ... John and Keira were utterly reliable and professional and the finished en-suite looks amazing. We were kept info'd throughout the build and its clear these tradespeople take great pride in their work. From initial consultation with Gavin through to the finished project they get 5 stars from us.

  Refit of en-suite

  The service received from Arrowmark was outstanding. From start to finish we were made to feel like nothing was too much. Gavin provided excellent advice throughout and not a penny was taken until we were absolutely happy. There was no doubt that we would not be happy. The team arrived when they said they would and left our house in a tidy state. There was no messing about either. The lads worked all day! The care taken to ensure that the standard of the installation and the finish would be of a high standard. We will definitely be using Arrowmark again. Thanks guys.

  Bathroom Redesign, Supply & fit

  We needed a Complete Re design of bathroom, re positioning Sink and towel rail to different walls. We met with Gavin who opened his Showroom up on a Saturday for us, he arranged to come out and measured up. Gavin discussed various options and design tweeks. Work commenced a fortnight later and completed on time, John and Sam the installers worked tirelessly every day discussing every point of the project, each night the cleared everything up leaving the house as though they had not been in. the attention to the finer details was evident throughout the installation

  Bathroom supply and fit

  Company did everything they said and had great communication throughout. Rob was great to have in the house and was very friendly and clearly knew his stuff and cared about the work and everything was done to a high standard which was the same for everyone carrying out work. The house was treated with respect and kept as clean as possible throughout. Really pleased with the end result and will consider Arrowmark for other work around the home.

  Great bathroom redesign, supply and fit

  Brilliant experience with exceptional customer service from Gavin, Rob and Jemma. At initial quote and email stage the team were really helpful, put us at ease straight away, patient in going back and forth to finalise details as we were working on a budget. For the fit, Rob was a total joy to have in the house - considerate, polite, tidy, treated us as valued customers end to end, meticulous, asked all the questions he needed to confirm our preferences and kept us fully informed, and most importantly efficient and top quality work. Cheers Rob! ] We'll use Arrowmark again 100%.
