Brilliant experience with exceptional customer service from Gavin, Rob and Jemma. At initial quote and email stage the team were really helpful, put us at ease straight away, patient in going back and forth to finalise details as we were working on a budget. For the fit, Rob was a total joy to have in the house - considerate, polite, tidy, treated us as valued customers end to end, meticulous, asked all the questions he needed to confirm our preferences and kept us fully informed, and most importantly efficient and top quality work. Cheers Rob! ] We'll use Arrowmark again 100%.

Excellent job from entering showroom to final sweep-up. Rob did the fitting, he kept us informed each step along the way and his work was of the highest standard throughout. Timekeeping by all involved was first-class and the site was left tidy every night. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Gavin from Arrowmark arrived Thursday at 3, to look at our collapsed shower cubicles. He discussed the options with us, and we decided to get new cubicles, but retain the existing trays. He arranged for delivery of the new cubicles for Friday morning. Rob the fitter arrived at 10am and over the next 7 hours fitted the cubicles in our upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. We were very pleased with the quality of the work, and Rob was very thorough and efficient.

They were very professional and explained everything they were doing. They turned up on time and kept everything tidy.

Arrowmark have just completed an ensuite shower room for us. Gavin took us through the planning of the ensuite. He was very helpful, offering advice and explaining everything in detail. The bill was only paid on completion when we were happy with the job. No deposit was required. We can't praise the fitters John and Keira enough for their hard work. They were extremely tidy, took pride in their work and explained everything that was happening throughout the job. They completed the job in the alloted time and to a very high standard. Would definitely use Arrowmark again and highly recommend.

Gav came out and measured up, talked to my son and I about our needs as my son is disabled and designed a new bathroom for us at a very good price. As we needed a walk in shower asap, we were given a quick start date. We popped down to the showroom to choose tiles etc. Rob fitted our bathroom for us, ripping out the old and preparing for the new one, then coming back after the tilers had done their part. Rob consulted either my son or myself every step of the way and dealt with obstacles which popped up absolutely brilliantly. Tilers were amazing too. Love it. Thanks lads
