The experience from our initial enquiry through to completed bathroom refurbishment was superb. Gemma and Gavin provided much needed knowledge on our options and then provided detailed quotes and 3D designs. On arrival to carry out the work, Dan went through the design and to ensure he understood the requirements. Each day an update was provided, rubbish taken away and the room left clean and tidy, Tiles, furniture, bathroom suite etc. arrived when required and work completed on time. Very happy with the finished bathroom. We would be happy to use Arrowmark again.

We recently had our bathroom fully renovated by Arrowmark and couldn't be happier with the result. Gavin provided a prompt, competitive quote, and he and Gemma made choosing fixtures and fittings simple and stress-free. Dan and Sam carried out the renovation to an exceptionally high standard, keeping everything clean and tidy throughout and accommodating any requests we had. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really shows in the finished bathroom. We would highly recommend Arrowmark and will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent. Initially employed to strip out and fit a bathroom they did brilliant job, listened to my needs, worked with the space, explained what was happening. Also were neat and tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Turned up when they said they would. Then used them for a flat roof strip and rubber roof and guttering fitting. Also excellent, worked hard and long days when needed. Minor issue with one bit of guttering resolved within 24 hours.

The second job that Arrowmark have done for us. Again efficiently completed.

Excellent - good, clear communication and quote, support via email for tiling and flooring choices as I couldn't get to the showroom, job done to a high standard, cleaned up after themselves, communicated and checked details throughout.
