Andy visited twice, first to talk us through what needed to be done and then came back two days later to fit the new locks. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

From the start Andy was clear on the cost and able to book the job in for the next morning, which was quicker than I expected! Punctual, very friendly and did extra checks on my front door whilst here. Will definitely be using again, thank you (from me and my cats!)

I was unable to lock the front door! We sent photos of the door to Andrew and he came to the property within the hour and completely changed the lock! The service was excellent and he was very professional. He was very tidy and I would recommend him to anyone that has problems with their locks.

Not only is his work brilliant, but it’s rare to find someone so genuine that’s not there to rip you off, he explained everything along the way and also helped us prevent future issues ! Andy was great! From our initial phone call to discuss the work to messaging about availability and booking a date. Communication was timely, clear and professional. He arrived on time, carried out the work to a high standard and made sure we were happy with the end result before leaving. He cleaned up his work space and was very friendly! Would use him again on a heartbeat!
