Andy was great! From our initial phone call to discuss the work to messaging about availability and booking a date. Communication was timely, clear and professional. He arrived on time, carried out the work to a high standard and made sure we were happy with the end result before leaving. He cleaned up his work space and was very friendly! Would use him again on a heartbeat!

The key got stuck in our front door, Andrew came out immediately was super friendly and a thoroughly decent chap, he explained everything he was doing and replaced our lock in a very short timeframe. He even gave our door mechanism a bit of a health check, costs were extremely reasonable given the speed of response. Would use again in a heartbeat, recommended without reservation.

The agreed solution was implemented by him efficiently and at a price that was considerable cheaper than a replacement door.
