This job initiated as a repair of botched work on my roof (nothing to do with Ark), however Ryan confirmed that my whole 1930s roof/chimneys were in a poor state. He very honestly offered options of a front roof repair, or ad hoc patching, or a complete overhaul. I opted for complete replacement & I'm so glad that I did. Ryan and his team were unfailingly on time, courteous, professional, went above&beyond to ensure top quality; the end result is 5* stunning, neighbours are asking who did the work. Trust Ark, the best choice ever!

We wanted to fit a skylight in the kitchen that has a flat roof. The edge slopes and is tiled, and some of the tiles needed replaced and the timber renewing. We also replaced the felt and timber on the flat roof. During the work, we also took the decision to insulate the roof. Ryan’s team were always punctual and worked incredibly hard to get all the work turned around in a week. They also took the time to explain the processes they were using and how the materials were installed to me which I really appreciated. We are really happy with the result and it’s a massive improvement to the house.

I completed a lot of research before contacting Ark after my neighbours had a horrific experience with another roofing company. Ryan took the time to show me the problem using his drone and provided a quote that was accurate and reasonably priced. The whole job from initial quote to completion, including scaffolding being erected and taken down was under two weeks. If like me you are cautious about not being ripped off and finding a decent roofer, then I can’t recommended enough the services of Ark, Ryan and his team. Already speaking to them about a job on another property !
