  Ray came over to fix a leaking roof. He was able to diagnose the issue, and fix it with minimal fuss. We’ve had so many issues with tradesmen in the past but Ray was a breath of fresh air. Thank you.

  Roof Repair

  We accepted quote for repairing roof leak. Was expensive but we went ahead. Guarantee requested on payment but never received. However leak continued. Was asked to recheck. Their representative immediately said it was a gutter problem and suggested cleaning the gutter and drain pipe, to which we agreed and made a further payment. Leaks continued. We contacted Arkle again. Another representative called on 20 November 2023 to do a further investigation. Since then despite enquiries and requests they are not responding to emails or phone calls. We are still collecting rainwater in buckets.

  We had some tiles replaced, guttering cleared and repaired and vegetation removed. This was done quickly, and as far as we can tell, properly. The real test will be in heavy rain!

  Flat roof replaced, skylights installed, gutter repair

  Incredibly impressed with the quality of the work completed and the professionalism of the Arkle Roofing team. Would definitely recommend them! We had new skylights installed, new roof installed and gutters repaired - everything looks fantastic and was left super clean after the job was finished.

  Repair of flat felt roof

  Had an excellent experience using Arkle to fix an issue with a flat roof at my flat. They were very responsive by email, always showed up on time and completed the work quickly. Very considerate guys and made the whole process really straightforward. The finished work looks good and we've had no repeat of the original issue. Thank you!

  Several repairs and flat roof

  Joe and Leroy were fantastic from initial quote to the finished job. The level of professionalism was a breath of fresh air and the work was always explained before and after. Communication was also fantastic, answering questions and sending information very promptly. I cant thank these guys enough for their kindness and knowledge and will definitely recommend them for almost any job!
